You know that bond you have with your favorite weapon?
It’s amazing. Everything just… clicks. Whatever moves you do, whatever form you’re working on just works when you are with that weapon. The thrill and excitement that comes from the bond as it courses through your veins is just so addicting as you go through your forms and perform them to perfection. Just like the bond I have with my Jiu Jie Bian.
But now, after I changed the flags for it, it just… doesn’t feel right anymore. The weight of my chain isn’t the same anymore, and the moves I’ve done today just wasn’t to the standard that I am used to setting. It even injured me today, slamming down upon my foot as if it’s angry at me or something. This chain feels so foreign to me… like a new, colder version of my beloved weapon.
I’m going to change the flags again later tonight. Hopefully it’ll regain its personality. I mean, I’ve changed flags before…

I hate it when people guilt-trip me.
I mean, yeah, I’ll help if you ask, but there’s no need to tell me the whole process of how much so-and-so can benefit if I did this/that. You don’t need to take advantage of my kindness/willingness to help by piling me with a whole bunch of jobs to do, knowing very well that I have other things in life to focus on.
